You can also add some additional details, such as a thin black line at the tip of the nail or a small design on top of the white tip.

A Pop of Color

Nail polish is a cosmetic that is applied to fingernails and toenails to color them and to enhance their appearance. The word “polish” derives from the Latin word “polire,” meaning “to make smooth.” Nail polish comes in many different colors and finishes. It can be clear, opaque, or translucent.

Nail polish was first invented in China. It was originally made from beeswax, egg whites, and vegetable dyes. In the early 1900s, nail polish became popular in the United States. In the 1930s, the first nail polishes with colored pigments were developed. These polishes were called enamels.

People with nail fungus often experience embarrassment and self-consciousness. They may feel like their hands and feet are constantly dirty, no matter how much they clean them. In severe cases the fungus can cause the nails to become thick and discolored, making them difficult to trim and take care of. Nail fungus is also a common infection for people who have diabetes or a weakened immune system.

Nail fungus is caused by a type of yeast known as dermatophytes. These fungi live on dead tissue such as hair, skin, and nails. The warm, moist environment inside shoes is the perfect place for them to grow. When the fungi invade the nail bed they can cause the nail to become brittle, cracked
