Step 1. Take all the beef of your Gordita crunch and put it in a bowl
Step2. Add 5 tsp of all red spices(not too much)
Step3. Put into microwave for about 10 seconds or until your meat is warm but not boiling then put on stove top for another 3 minutes just to be sure it’s cooked then after that let cool down for about 3 minutes.

Put shell back into pan with bottom layer facing down, and put side with the rolled part towards you (so you see your rolled dough) and now it is time to add cheese as much as you wish as long as it does’nt overflow out the sides or touch the sides of your burner then after that do some shredded lettuce, then rip 1 slice of tomato upside down onto shell(so the flat side is up)then gently flip over so bread gets browned on both sides!
